WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED MY PLAN DURING THE YEAR?
Your plan adjusts itself automatically to the number of visuals loaded on the platform, whether it is up or down. Your subscription reflects your actual use.
HOW DOES THE IMAGE COUNT WORK?
We count the images loaded at each stage of the workflow: shooting, retouching and validation. For the workflow of a shooting session, images are counted once for the entire workflow.
AM I LIMITED IN THE NUMBER OF USERS?
No, you can create as many user access as you want.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE EXTERNAL ACCESS?
Yes, Grand Shooting allows you to create external accesses with limited rights. This is useful when you involve freelancers (for shooting or retouching). It is also useful when working with an external photo studio.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
A first level of support is provided by help.grand-shooting.com. Support by phone or email is available from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h. Optionally the opening periods of the support can be extended.
WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM?
The Service Level Objective (SLO) is 99.9%. The infrastructure hosting our servers is redundant in 2 separate datacenters that meet all the requirements according to the rules of the art.
